PART TIME HOMEMAKER/ CAREGIVER SUPPORT

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour 

Rendezvous Pointe is looking for a compassionate, kind-hearted and patient person, who loves to work with seniors.

Our Homemaker position will assist seniors with housekeeping, shopping, laundry, essential errands, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment and basic meal preparation and planning.

Other duties will be:
1. Evaluates and reacts appropriately to each senior
2. Completes orientation and on-going training as directed
3. Maintains confidentiality
4. Communicates and works with the seniors in a respectful manner
5. Completes all assigned tasks while staying within the care plan time limit

PART TIME TRANSIT DRIVER

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour 

Rendezvous Pointe is looking for a Part-Time Transportation Driver to transport seniors and the disabled within Rendezvous Pointe's service area, mainly in the town of Pinedale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and schedule rides. Resolve conflicts with scheduling.
• Deliver or coordinate the deliveries for the "home-delivered" meal program.
• If requested, drive vehicles for special outings as arranged. This may be an evening or weekend.
• Perform and record weekly vehicle safety inspections. Check vehicle fluids, tires and lights at the beginning of each day.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness: car wash, vacuuming, window cleaning, trash removal, carpet cleaning, wiping dash, and odor removal. Sweep garage floor when needed.
• Record all clients and trips according to WYDOT standards and maintain the files.
• Update daily lunch delivery schedules and send the information to the kitchen.
• Push clients in a wheelchair. Pick up an oxygen tank, walker, and other items and place them into the vehicle. Assist seniors with getting in and out of the vehicles.

Transit Driver Requirements:

• Wyoming State driver's license.
• Clean driving record with no tickets in the past 3 years.
• Pass drug and alcohol screen.
• Pass a Department of Family Services background check.
• Basic computer skills: e-mail, type lists and addresses.
• Read and comprehend reports.
• Be able to drive after dark with no visual impairment.
• Have no disabilities or medical conditions that might disrupt the operation of a motorized vehicle and/or endanger the safety of the passengers.
